Your Do-Not-Call list
Whitmore keeps a Do-Not-Call list so flagged numbers are never called on autopilot, and warns you before you call one yourself.
When someone asks to stop being called, Whitmore remembers, so you don't have to.
How numbers get added
If a person asks to be taken off your list during an outbound call, Whitmore adds their number to your workspace's Do-Not-Call list right away, with no action needed from you. You can also add or remove numbers yourself.
You'll find the full list under Receptionist → Phone settings → Do-Not-Call list, where you can add a number, remove one, or review everything that's been flagged.
What happens to a flagged number
Once a number is on the list:
- A Do Not Call badge shows up everywhere that number appears, so it's obvious at a glance.
- Whitmore won't call it again on its own. Any outbound call Whitmore would place automatically skips flagged numbers.
- If you try to call a flagged number yourself, Whitmore stops you and asks you to deliberately confirm before it dials.
Managing the list
Just ask Whitmore in chat, for example: "Add 555-123-4567 to my Do-Not-Call list," or "Take John's number off the Do-Not-Call list." You can also manage it directly under Receptionist → Phone settings.
The list is shared across your whole workspace, so everyone on your team is protected by the same set of numbers.
