Set up recurring jobs
Ask Whitmore to run work on a schedule, like a daily brief or a weekly leads recap, and pause or change it anytime.
Set up recurring jobs
Whitmore can run work for you on a schedule so you don't have to remember to ask. A daily brief every morning, a weekly recap of last week's leads, a monthly report on the first of the month. You set it up once in plain language, and it runs on its own.
Set one up
Just describe what you want and how often, the way you'd tell a teammate.
"Every Monday morning, summarize last week's jobs."
"Send me a quick recap of new leads every Friday afternoon."
"On the first of each month, put together a report on how the month went."
Whitmore confirms the schedule and starts running it.
Change or pause it
You stay in control of everything you set up.
- Ask to change the timing ("make the Monday brief go out at 7am instead").
- Pause a job when you don't need it for a while, then turn it back on.
- Cancel one you no longer want.
What to know
- Anything outward-facing, like an email or a post, still asks for your approval when it runs. A recurring job never sends on your behalf without a check.
- Internal work, like a summary or a report just for you, runs and shows up on its own.
- You can have as many recurring jobs as you need.
