Build custom workflows
Turn a repeatable multi-step process into a workflow Whitmore runs the same way every time.
Build custom workflows
When you have a process you run the same way over and over, you can turn it into a workflow. A workflow is a sequence of steps Whitmore follows the same way every time, so you get a consistent result without spelling it out each time.
When to build one
A workflow pays off when the process is repeatable and has more than one step.
- Just ask when it's a one-off, or something you rarely do. Whitmore can handle it in the moment.
- Build a workflow when it's the same series of steps again and again, like onboarding a new customer, following up after a job, or preparing a weekly quote roundup.
The test: if you'd explain the same steps in the same order more than a few times, it's worth a workflow.
Build one
Describe the process start to finish, and Whitmore turns it into a workflow.
"When a new lead comes in, add them to my contacts, send a welcome text, and remind me to call in two days."
Whitmore lays out the steps so you can see exactly what it will do.
Edit it anytime
A workflow isn't locked in. You can adjust the steps, add or remove one, or change the order whenever the process changes. Just tell Whitmore what to update.
