Approving what Whitmore does
Before anything goes out the door, Whitmore shows you exactly what it's about to do.
Approving what Whitmore does
Whitmore never sends anything on your behalf without your say-so. Before it does anything risky or outward-facing, it shows you an approval card — exactly what it's about to do — and waits for you.
"Draft a reply to the Hendersons and send it."
Whitmore writes the email, then shows it to you before a single word goes out.
When you'll see an approval
- Sending an email to a customer or supplier.
- Texting a customer.
- Posting to social media.
- Booking an appointment on someone's behalf.
What the card shows
- The full details — who it's going to, and exactly what it says or does.
- Nothing hidden. What you see is what will happen.
Your three choices
- Approve — you're happy, send it. Whitmore acts only after you say yes.
- Edit — tweak the wording or details first, then approve.
- Decline — not right? Turn it down and nothing happens.
The reassurance
Whitmore only acts once you've approved. It will never send an email, post, text, or booking out into the world on its own — the final call is always yours.
