How your balance works

• You keep a balance of minutes that covers the calls your assistant answers.
• Minutes are drawn down only while a call is actually happening.
• You can see your remaining balance and recent usage anytime.

Never run out mid-call

Turn on auto-reload and your balance tops itself up automatically when it gets low, so a call never gets cut short.

• Pick the top-up amount and the level that triggers it.
• You'll get a heads-up whenever your balance is running low, even if auto-reload is off.

If you hit zero

If your balance reaches zero and auto-reload is off, answering simply pauses until you top up. Nothing is lost, no overage is charged, and everything picks right back up the moment you add minutes.

No surprises

You're only ever charged for the top-ups you choose. You stay in control of when you buy and how much.
